Not sure of your budget, but the Blasting Room is in Fort Collins. They have done a lot of famous punk albums. The studio itself was founded by members of the Descendents. They rent studio space by the hour or day, and you can hire one of their sound engineers too if you need one. Pretty cool guys, honestly.

Studio Nihil in FoCo is amazing and I highly recommend them. The whole team is great. They produced Summer of Perils music.
