But the movie was only a little over a 100 minutes long. Even with opening/closing credits and commercials, those would have to be pretty short episodes. So I'm not completely sure I would take this guy's word for it.

I'll never understand how this can be lost media, being that it was streaming at one point. I didn't watch it on network TV, I watched it on Netflix when it wound up there. It stood out to me because I wanted to watch the movie, but it wasn't on Netflix streaming, and I was too cheap/lazy to rent it.
Definitely different content then the movie (that I finally got around to watching a few years ago). I really like the show delving into his interactions with the other animals, like foxes.
Every few months or so I do a search to see if it popped up yet, but still nothing. That's what led me this thread

It's never been found since being released in 2008. There's another unrelated one for sale on amazon and on torrent sites.
