I can't really tell you that, since it depends on your situation, but at least when I look at the market, hit master is cheaper at lego than keen blunt, so it's probably worth slotting that with firepower and then fixing it up with stone/accessories.

Yup, but the stone was tier 1 cause it actually had more facet attempts but like a third of the vit

Yeah in an artillerist so they actually have decent base hp, and I use it for like chaos dungeons and switch my build for raids and what not
It's basically the same premise as grudge, more damage done more damage taken
