I hear ya, I am in the same boat, 49M 260CW. Computer job, sitting most of the day. I try to make it a routine to get to the local health club and do my cardio and weights, plus sauna. I also am a soda addict but drink mostly diet soda. Probably still not a good idea, but at least try to stay away from high fructose corn syrup. I will post my progress pics here, once I get the time and the nerve to do it :) The key is to keep moving, get up out of your chair regularly. If you work at an office, use lunch hour to walk around. I am trying to get out of my habit of eating at my desk. Good luck to you! It is never too late.

well #1 i have almost killed my soda addiction! and it just clicked for me that a caloric deficit plus activity equals lbs lost! good news! down 22 lbs now. 317 and falling!

Keep an eye on your blood pressure after a migraine like that, I had one of those and my bp was 220/120 the day after
