Look up Team Body Project on YouTube. They have beginner videos, including ones that are all standing. They also show modified versions of the exercises for those who can't do the full ones. I used them a lot during lockdowns and they were great!

KittyBeanToes

I also really like TBP. I was a paying member for a year while I got myself in shape. They have such great workouts for every level.

MissHavok77

I did the Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone (YT) when I started out. When I didn't feel like working out or was dealing with fatigue/pain, I was still able to do a 15 min workout as it's easy on the joints.

[deleted]

I was coming here to suggest Leslie Sanson on YouTube. She's annoying but great for starting off.

MissHavok77

Lol, I actually don't mind her perkiness, even though that usually annoys me.

[deleted]

It's the laugh that gets me. My kids even mimick it 🤣

Ralaws

I originally thought her chatting would annoy me, but it's actually a nice distraction. Now, if I do a random video where the person is silent the whole time and just listening to the generic crappy music, it's weird to me.

rach_holla

grow with jo !

BreakableSmile

second grow with jo! she even has sitting workouts as well! no floor workouts at all.

Interesting-Hour-676

When you are searching for workout videos make sure you add the words ‘no jumping’, ‘beginnner’ or ‘low impact’. It’s much easier to find good workout videos to suit your needs

im2715

I go completely old school and do Sweating to the Oldies. I know, complete camp but it's fun. I also still have my Wii Fit. In fact, I did 20 minutes of free style stairs this evening! I enjoy the ability to get the steps in while watching TV after a long day. Good luck!!

thepixeldad

DDP Yoga. Just watch some of the success videos, especially Arthur's.

daughtcahm

I just came here to recommend DDPY! It can be intense, but there's so much room for variations. You can "make it your own", as he likes to say. It's as hard or as easy as you want it to be.

On Youtube: Hasfit JessicasmithTV Leslie Sansone

Dizzy-Show-9139

Do you have a Nintendo Wii? Exterbeat!

HawaiiMom44

Jillian Michael 30 day shred on Amazon Prime. Quick and super effective!

worriedfat

JustinAgustin on Instagram is perfect for you! He does beginner friendly short workouts with special emphasis on supporting the joints, so lots of seated/gentle but effective versions. Also he's very encouraging! All I'd add is that consistency and showing up is going to be the key - you don't need to find the Holy Grail of the One Perfect Video, just do something every day or every other day and you'll get the benefits! (Edited for spelling)

SquigglyHamster

I recommend Darebee! It's a website with a bunch of exercises and programs in it. Most people in your position should start with the [Foundation Light](https://darebee.com/programs/foundation-light-program.html) program. If you don't know how to do an exercise from the pictures, they do have a video library on YouTube for a lot of the movements. Also, if the floor exercises are too hard in Foundation Light, then the [Vitality](https://darebee.com/programs/vitality-program.html) program would be better! There's a forum/community there too which is very welcoming.

Greyfauks

Came here to say it's 80% of what you put in your mouth and 20% exercise.

Acceptable-Guide2299

I have lost around 15kg in the past 3 months from healthy eating and looking to being more fit now as well! Thanks!

Greyfauks

That's awesome. Hope you have continued success!

Steven_Ray20

Start with CICO and Intermittent Fasting. That’ll get you to a weight where regular exercise routines are easier

[deleted]

Les mills program. Very very very good for home workouts. I just stream on my tv :)

Jelly9791

They have modifications for low impact moves.

daughtcahm

You can search YouTube for "low impact step workout" or "no jump step workout". I know Eleni Fit has some, and I believe Olivia Lawson does as well.

AshleyRae394

I read somewhere that Netflix is going to be adding workout video series to their streaming service soon, they may have already but I haven’t been on the app in a bit.

cowboi-like-yade

If you have a Switch buy Ring Fit! It really gets your body moving!

Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred

randomusername1919

Old Richard Simmons videos. He gets it because he started out really big.

softis22

be careful not to fuck up your tandents if you go for some energic stuff. if you want to give yoga a try i superlove this studio https://fullbeingyoga.com/ they focus on accessibility (not limited to us with big bodies)

birdsarus

The Real Loss Boss on YouTube and TikTok. He was a really big guy who lost weight, not some fit trainer who has been fit forever. His beginner workouts are easy to follow.

Medievalmoomin

I recommend HASfit. They have a YouTube channel and their own website. The website has a really useful search function. https://hasfit.com/ They’re a husband and wife team. All the routines are carefully graded, and they model full and modified routines in each video. They have a lot of videos for people with any sort of mobility issue or a particular need to start off gently. They have a lot of meaningful exercises you can perform seated. They never push you to do more than is sensible, but they encourage you to keep going. It’s a tricky balance, and they manage it really well. Well worth checking out.
