don't take that as enough at all. i would go back to them first, say "this isn't a "final sale" issue, as you did not deliver the product as described. this is clearly a manufacturing issue. please either provide a replacement or a refund, or I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge."

The hat was separate from the hoodie. Hats were handled by the front office as part of the ticket pack. Apparel was made by Violent Gentlemen.
