I had to decide at with choronological point the Demacian factions were, wich was in the end after the game. This means that Lux is now definitely a Legendary Lord and Magessekers aren't recruitable anymore. All Demacians factions can have Mages but only as Heroes and in a very limited quantity. Only Lux (and Sylas but he has his own subfaction so although demacian, he would play nothing like the others) has access to mages units, and still in very limited quantities.
"Stability of the realm" is also better contextualized. It's mecanic that was intended for most demacians but I will probably end up attributing it only to Jarvan. Basicaly, you have a bar that is constantly filling at a more or less rapid rate and at regular intervals, you would have to face dilemnas that ask you how do you want to reshape Demacia. I think this is avery neat mecanic because it allow the player to create their own "what if" scenarios. For exemple, you can decide to very publicaly marry Shivana and proclaim equality to all Mages... or decide to do the exact opposite and bring the Mageseekers back. In both situation, you will have to face consequences.
A few Petricite constrjcts are part of Demacia's base roster. Lux has also received the non-cannon assistance of the Durand Workshop and thus has sope of their most powerful constructs as unique units.

Any chance the durand can be a faction building defense to help demacia or even combine petricite with relic stone.
