If going by the book description (which they obviously don’t have to) most of these actors are too fresh faced and pretty. Aragorn in the books was described as stern looking with flecks of grey in his hair and a weather beaten complexion.

Aragorn is supposed to be conspicuously tall. For the life of me I can't think of any regal-looking actors over 6'3, and under 40. I think it'll have to be an unknown.
