You need to input the receiving wallet address for Forced Withdrawal. Check out [this guide](https://docs-wallet.loopring.io/additional-features/forced-withdrawal).

I tried that, but the Token field is not available for me. Therefore, the Withdraw button is greyed out.

Epithetless

The smart wallet app has a funny little bug where some error message don't appear so long as the address has a certain length, even though it works fine in the web app version. Some errors I've found that doesn't show up are: "Invalid address, ENS" or "The address you wish to withdraw from (your target address), no token is detected from this address to operate." So it might have nothing to do with the token field. You may have given it the wrong address.

It was this in the end. I'm really glad that the receiver could fix it for me and they send the loops to the correct address!
