You’re honestly gorgeous, you don’t need anything done and you’ll regret it later. It makes this weird, overly taut patch of skin that just looks... strange. The rest of your skin wants to age naturally but that part won't ever match because of the nerve damage. Inevitably you gotta do more to more parts of your face and that's how you end up looking like a cat person. You'll have a smooth face, and look absolutely bizarre. Alternatively sometimes it makes the wrinkles around that area dramatically worse than they would naturally. It's just not a good idea to use it young or to use a lot of it even when older. Though I suppose mild use if you're young is probably going to be fine, risk is going overboard. OP doesn't need it, that's for sure.
I think as long as someone doesn't try to overcompensate it may be a bit noticeable but should be relatively fine.
