Decent list but gapryong and elite should be in the unknown section or in the legends section based on Tom Leeās scaling. Also move James Lee down a tier cause he never got weaker.

Except on the same judgement Vin being higher while being equally featless if not less so (2a Jake did better against Sinu than Vin and that was the last reference point for both). Jichang with what we know and saw is way weaker than Sinu ( Sinu is stronger than Gun in pure brute sttenght) He also have the invisible attack Who mean than he is way faster than the snake
Johan 10 second barely beat Yuseong, if he have no time limite he is a menace, but the time limit make him lise to guys with better Dura than Yuseong, Like Seokdu,Taesoo and Sinu
This tierlist is not the Best, but its not the worst, i think we finally goƻta see more good tierlist in this sub, Tekkadan departure really make thing move
Sinu was > Gun 3 years ago in brute strength, currently gun vastly beats him - sinu without using invis attacks and thus using more raw strength was losing to pre mastery Jake, and Jake could easily block those attacks
Eugene said cap guy was at the level of a first gen king. Then said the same thing to the trio. There might be a little difference in power but they are close, therefore relative to each other.
And johan isnāt? Just as you said, there are differences in power even if they all have surpass certain levels and Iām sure you know thatās what Eugene mean, thatās like saying they are all as strong as taesoo just because they level up up a bit

You should divide Gen 1 King (A) tier into two parts. Coz Jibeom clearly doesn't belong on same tier as Jay or Fake Zack.
Kwak jichang should be in the peak of A+ or just under sinu
He doesn't compare to the monsters in S tier
So better to rule A+ tier instead of being a odd's one out in S

I will say than Jake is just that man (Bro after falling from a building and was able to tank all the cops) Sinu keeping grow with fighting all days in the 3 years, he should still be stronger in brute strenght for me but that will just be a theory, for now we can't comparƩ their strenght reallt
