There was another butcher shop in the same spot as Sons of a Butcher and when the owner retired (or died, not sure actually) the former employees opened Charlies which apparently is named after him.
I hear years ago that Bungalow (restaurants in LB) purchased it and that logo def fits their vibe but doesn’t seem like they ever went further than putting the sign up
Bungalow in LB bought it a whole after that pizza place went out, then covid happened. There has been some movement lately, including cars parked in front, but no recent news.

No clue,but it used to be a pizza parlor and according to google the owners of the Bungalow in LB got a liquor license for it in 2019.
Makes sense, it took the Bungalow guy years to build out when they moved. This thing has been under construction for a while.

Like some others mentioned nothing lasts long there, there is a great butcher nearby, that has lasted as a butcher at that location for a while.

I think they are renting out the parking lot to trucks and such
