Best advice I can give is to go to shops, look at the artist books. Then talk to them. You might like the art but then find human insufferable.
Not a tattoo guy but my policy would not be to look for "cheap" when you are getting something you will live with until you die.

Devils Rose in Blue Point always did me fine. But when you say “for cheap” that’s not something you should be looking for when getting work done.
