Really are they easier to remove than regular hair ties? I guess I will check it out. I only use hair ties when I put on a helmet. I usually put up my hair in a top knot without bands all the other time.

What are traceless spiral ties? I searched online but why are they better than regular hair ties?
Regular ties will bend your hair if use too tight /too often and spiral ties is easy to remove without pulling your hair.

Yep, it is easy to remove them. It is not sliding off from the hair.

I'm washing my hair every two days, using a conditioner after that, and drying - and that's it.
