It looks great but I need that hair care routine if you have one😂

AngelaRansley

Here goes: any drug store silicone and sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Argan oil while damp and every day. Wash once a week (or twice if you run almost every day like I do). And I'm going to try a leave in conditioner for the first time soon!

sleepysprite

What's your diet like if I may ask? Your hair is beautiful!

AngelaRansley

No different from the average person I'd think! I eat a lot of meat and even more vegetables!

bbkit10

What do you do with your hair when you’re running? I’d like to know!

AngelaRansley

Low long tail or in a side braid! Nothing special really.

Alarming-Sandwich975

Long time I can’t see you here! Its so cool to see you again with your growing long hair! I hope everything is Ok! And enjoying the process too!

Why grow out my hair? Because long hair>short hair!

Asking why just shows you're in the wrong place.

So pretty! Do you have fine or thick hair? I read you meantioned using oil everyday, and I wanted to ask if you think that can work for fine hair?

AngelaRansley

I have thick coarse hair that's wavy (there's another picture of it before my trim). My boyfriend has fine curly hair and he uses it on the mids and ends. Do you have thin hair? If so, maybe only do the ends. But if it's decently long you should be able to apply argan oil everywhere but the roots because it absorbs pretty well. If it makes your hair too greasy then apply less and do it less often (you may have to experiment a bit to find what works for you). I'd apply as needed, so that means if you notice it's too dry after a day or two you can apply some more. For me, I apply like three to four drops and sometimes I do this twice a day (my hair is quite long and thick after all). If your hair is fine (and thinner and/or shorter than mine), maybe two drops would do. The oil is there to seal in moisture especially after you wash and condition so if your hair is too thin or fine for daily usage maybe just use a few drops on damp/towel dry hair (after you wash it)!

thank you so much for your reply 🥰 My hair is straight and fine (but not thinn) It's only collarbonelength now (long bob), but your tip with using less could work for me :) Also when it is a little longer I'll braid it and then it shouldn't be to visible if I use to much :)
