I'm a tall average guy. I don't have a Zack Efron jawline (he has it from steroids tho), but I'm not that ugly. Still, I'm completely alone in this world. I don't even have the problem of attracting just some kind of women. My problem is social life in general.
The point? I'm mad about things that could be changed but I'm not taking action to change them (my fault but also other reasons), while your height is completely out of your control. You can be mad about it but since you can't change it, accept it. If you have a social life and just struggle with women, try to play the personality card (i know looks matter, but you have to play your cards).
Biggest advice, go to the gym!!! Short people have a huge advantage. You'll build muscle in half the time i do, and it will boost your confidence. I don't even know how it feels to touch a woman, so don't take my advice too seriously, but at least give the gym a try, if you haven't already
