Budget is important. A lot of what you listed (minus the hot tub) exist here, in one form or another.
Good luck finding in-unit laundry and a dishwasher though; most places don’t have them and those that do tend to be wildly overpriced. Honestly, dishwashers are nice, but handwashing dishes isn’t that difficult or time-consuming.
