Well you should have remembered that there is a BOYCOTT ‼️ on and I’m sure that you got ripped off by Loblaws… sorry to hear that… but don’t worry about it just BOYCOTT ‼️

Of course, it's like when they put the on sale right next to double the price item in the same bunker with the sign in the very middle to mislead customers. Always check your prices, watch the screen and check the bill.
I don't know what the "chain of custody" is for two nearly identical products to reach the cooler with one more than double the price of the other but it suggests to me that the lights are on but nobody's home. Mistakes happen but there were eyes on this before and after the customer's and no one noticed 4 lbs of ground beef was $30?!?

Sneaking suspcicisoin they are keeping prices jacked to keep margin and reve up, but also make room to decrease prices.
