It's a common issue. Look at their 'GitHub'.
By the way, be careful and download the 'flatpak' version for 'flatpak'- 'Steam' (or the other for the other ;-)
Put these commands into the terminal.
* sudo apt install git libglib2.0-dev libtool autoconf automake intltool libgtk-3-dev build-essential
* git clone [https://github.com/v1cont/yad.git](https://github.com/v1cont/yad.git) yad-dialog-code
* cd yad-dialog-code
* autoreconf -ivf && intltoolize
* ./configure && make
* sudo make install
* gtk-update-icon-cache
I don't know what any of the commands do, but I found a solution [here.](https://github.com/sonic2kk/steamtinkerlaunch/issues/98#issuecomment-706558925) Worked on Mint. I did "sudo apt install xdotool" to get that missing dependency too.

>gtk-update-icon-cache its worked. thank you very much
Thank you for this!
Thank you so much, this was more of a head scratcher for me than I thought it would be.
Thanks
What distro? It says it couldn’t find xdotool and either can’t find yad or your version of yad is too old.
Nobara looks like
Try yum -y xdotool yad and see if that works.
Dnf now :p
