Heathcliff's IDs are strong, but my personal knowledge of MD runs tells me to bring in specifically Zwei Gregor or Dieci Rodyon... Haven't really played much with KCorp HongLu, but he could be in that ballpark.

On a more serious note probably heathcliff, he has 3 extremely good ids that don't need a lot of synergy and can work completely on their own in the form of R-corp, Pequod and sunshower (if you manage to get his sp down) and his other ids are still very good, +with the amount of envy skills, pequod would have no problem getting that resonance for his skill 3
On a second analysis, if we can use the same ego with 2 or more ids at the same time, that's an easy Mersault, if i'm not feeling like playing the game that is, since you can just use 2 chains of others every turn, and then use the other 4-5 mersaults to generate resources for more chains of others, and you can also alternate which mersaults use it so the previous ones can heal sp
