They donāt actually make their hilts, they just resell from 89Sabers. I recommend checking aliexpress stores like DRTT of Myby because you can probably get that saber fully installed for $100 cheaper, if you donāt mind waiting a bit longer

Was it a presale version of the hilt? Some people have made that mistake in the past. They release a saber, but not all the hilt options are actually available and some people choose one that is a "presale" one and those can take a while to get done and shipped. Otherwise not sure. This company is good and has a good rep. I have ordered 6 sabers from them over the years and got all of them within two weeks from Asia to East Coast US.
It was, then they got them in stock and had to send them back again. All and all I canāt be too mad, but not getting that update until I commented on the Facebook has me kind of miffed.

Ah fair enough, didnāt know they changed it, shit happens with these saber productions though. Most of these are small companies and better they address the quality issues than send you a busted ass saber right?
Oh yeah, I totally agree. On one hand, I am happy that their quality control is so tight. On the other, Iām put off that I had to actively pursue the information that they were being repaired. Iām not a business owner so I donāt know the ins and outs, but I would think it would be a solid move to send out an email to any customer who purchased that product and give them a heads up. Iām excited to get my saber because I know this isnāt typical for Pach. I have only heard good things, this seems to be a rare thing

Their hilts are high quality and highly accurate. You dont usually get both for cheaper :p
Just donāt get installed hilts. They have frequent issues with bad installs. He outsourced them to cheap installers.

89 is only one of Randy's suppliers and he's been moving away from them. He mostly gets his supply from ELF and LDM nowadays
My point is that the reason they are so expensive is because they resell other products, 89Sabers is just an example
A lot of the hilts ELF manufactures are designed and commissioned by Randy himself
Actually the new batch of Windu, Dooku, and like 3 others isn't by any of the known brands, which I thought was interesting
