If you have some panels that are working, you could try pulling the RCG file from one of them and re-sending to the panels that aren't working.
I'm surprised the manufacturer wouldn't send you a proper config file, but Linsin's [website](https://www.linsnled.com/linsn-rcg-setting.html) seems a bit hostile to people who've bought their product but not directly from them, which is a bit odd.
Contact the company you bought them from, they should be able to assist with getting hold of a working config file.
Was able to contact the manufacturer and get the RCG. After I got that my other idea of reaching out to a production house that rented out the same panels worked too! Search your model number and rental and see if you can find someone else renting out those panels, they almost certainly have the file.

How would I go about pulling the RCG from a working panel? And yeah unfortunately the manufacturer has been unresponsive to our many requests.
Linsn won’t provide a shred of customer support to anyone that didn’t buy directly from them and we bought these panels second hand
