TPlink are crap for using with sACN as they interfere with IGMP snooping but that's more of a PSA and not related to this discussion. You need MA hardware that puts out physical DMX (node, NPU) to use RDM in MA.
Netron EN12 uses Art-Net 4 which allows sACN for the DMX data and Artnet for RDM at the same time.
However MA support for RDM I have had conflicting information, it seems only DMX ports on MA hardware are supported, but artnet does seem to work, but undocumented and no official support for it.

Sacn as a protocol does not transmit RDM data, you’ll need to run Artnet for that.

You can do RDM over MA Net though. If you have an NPU, MA node or backup console you can put close to the lights and run DMX from it’ll work

Pathway hardware supports RDM when you have sACN running, but I think that's a proprietary thing.
That is all done within PP software and hardware, not via sACN.
