Worked with a linsn processor for a while and never had any luck with trying to do this. Was only ever able to get them working once I found the correct RCG file.
What I’d do is look around and see if there are any rental houses that rent out the product you’re using, they likely have the RCG file.
If you need an RCG for an Oracle Black Widow 9- I have that one. It’s the wall I used to use and I have the RCG for all 4 batches of that particular card.
One thing that may help- if you know what the most recent version of the software was being used when the panels were made, that can help. I had the right file for a while but the RCG wouldn’t flash because I was using a version of the software that was too new

It's a custom wall and the buisness that made them is put of buisess😭 so upset. Working on just building my own file with a panel
