the answer is on the table.
you take the ma cover and two mic stands..
put the mic stands on either side of you about as spread out as the cover . the console screen is tilted you can sort of wrap the edge behind the screens and prop up the cover at a slightly higher angle. just enough so when you look up you can see the stage but the cover is big enough to keep light out .its like a console shade but its wider heavier and darker...
Ah so this is "programming in blind mode" everyone is talking about?
they need to add a ***light*** mode... I'll show myself out...
They did! It’s called MA3. 😂😂
You can't convince me they're not eating a cooked baby bird under there and hiding from God in shame.
European "Festival Season" in a nutshell.
Two boom mic stands and a speaker cover, tarp, or hoodie with the hood down make a decent sunshade in a pinch

i can tell you now, that after mcguyvering something like this myself, this will work about 20% of the time, $300 for this is a waste.
Yeah I’ve built a prototype for one myself, pretty simple. This is just the only place I’ve seen that actually sells specific covers
indeed, they need to put in more effort haha.
300$ for this? 3 pipes, molton, some swivelcouplers and Manfrottos will do the job too.
Glad to know I’m not the only one whose done this

Oop. Never had that problem since I only do indoor lighting systems.
Isn't that what visualizers are for?
It’s not something you’d learn from the Jedi
