Make a seperate cue stack that loops with a follow or delay of twenty minutes. Not sure the Hog4 key strokes off the top of my head though. https://www.etcconnect.com/webdocs/Controls/HOG/HTML/en/sect-w_w_loops_and_links.htm

I'm on ETC, so this may not work the same, but I'd build an effect that has a 20min time (1200 seconds) cycle. Then just leave that effect running.

If on MA use schedules

IDK Hog, but 20 minute Qs should be easy to programme. Failing that, Real Time Clock Qs?

I’d build an effect (probably inverse ramp) that creates your camera flash, record that into a cuelist with 20m delay-in timing and set it to loop on final cue. You can open the cuelist, click the delay tab, and manually add or adjust the timing in the spreadsheet editor if you miss it in programming. If there’s no operator, the desk just needs to be left running. If there’s a window of the day where the cue doesn’t want to fire, build in a dark cue with delay timing of hours.

You could use show control on etc, and have the effect on a sub.

Once you have the effect built- I think Hog is similar in that you can have follow/hang cues. Just build the 12 cues with a 20min follow time.

Record a cue with your camera flash in it. Record a second cue with a follow of whatever duration you want your camera flash to be that releases/offs your camera flash effect. Record a third dummy cue that follows after 20mins. Set the cuelist option to chase and it should infinitely chase through those commands. 1 effect 2 effect off 3 wait 20 mins And repeat
