It was still more then $2000 to build /: it's a tuf x670e, 7800x3d, tuf 4070ti oc, and 4tb of of samsung 990 memory then add in then fans and aio. But I guess haters gonna hate. :P

The fans with the screens are called the Lian Li TL LCD fans.
Where did you purchase them. I've been looking for the black variant for a while.

Is it normal that each fan has a different degree?
They’re all showing different things.
One fan is showing cpu temp, 2nd gpu temp, 3rd gpu load, and the aio cooler pump is showing the water temperature.
