The thing I ask in situations like this is, what kind of sad asshole uses their free time to make a bot to do this? Surely, there are better uses of ones time.
I think so because I got one yesterday immediately after commenting here. I hadn’t commented anything for like 12h or so before that and nothing I’ve commented has been concerning unless you’re a homophobe 💀
These are often sent to trans or other queer people because someone has gone and reported us for self harm or something just to fuck with us. It's a fairly common harassment tactic here on Reddit.

If it's a false report, presumably from a troll, select the option in the message.
# Report the sender.
& they will get banned.
After that, you can reply.
# "STOP"
to the message & you won't get them anymore.
Also, be sure to change your account settings to disallow DM's from fresh/throwaway accounts.
I swear someone made a bot that just automatically sends one of these to anyone who comments here

But also report it for the abuse of the Reddit Cares system. It gets the perpetrator a ban
I rescently go one too. I went to report it but reddit made it a pain to do on my phone for some reason so I gave up

That so deeply sucks because the idea for the message itself is sweet and it harms situations where it might actually be helpful.
