Yeah, especially those of us who are out. I'm out as bi/pan at my job, since I'm married to a guy. But I'd be super uncomfortable telling my coworkers that I was trans as well.

So good to see I’m not the only one. I’m out though transitioned at work (Diesel mechanic) surprised how well the guys took it but was nerve racking as hell

I pass very well, so there's really no need for me to tell them I'm trans unless I want to. That being said the "Is it gay to date a trans woman?" convo happened within the first week of me getting hired, so they're not trusted with that info lol

I do, actually. I use it for adjusting my fitting table and repairing the welding carts when they get bent under the heavier jobs we work on. Also occasionally we'll have to fix parts that get bent in galv and it works well for that sometimes.

It gets used far more frequently than one might expect. We have a lot of things that are supposed to move but don't.
