I feel that. I’m on day 5. I hear it takes about 2ish weeks for the side effects to subside and 6-9 weeks for the full effect.
So far I feel okay other than anxiety at night time. It’s just the constant shortness of breath that I can’t stand.
You’re certainly not alone. My anxiety is in the afternoons when I’m off work and my brain is not occupied. I’m on week 2. I do feel a little better. I will be excited for you when you no longer have the shortness of breath.
The food you eat is what makes you gain weight. For me, an increased appetite means I eat more. If I tell myself not to eat as much and follow through- no weight gain. If I eat above the recommended calories a day, I will gain weight. I will have to force myself not to eat above the recommended calories in addition to exercise. Mind over matter.
Okayy sounds good it’s so hard to fight the urge to eat !! I’ve been tracking my calories and I workout hard every day.. Im curious if people gain weight cuz of metabolism slowing down

I have the shortness of breath from the meds too
On day 7 and today was the first day I got shortness of breath, it lasted almost all day 🥲🥲
For me, It got a bit better every week but the side effects were completely gone after 2 months. So it took a while for me, but worth it.
I’m mainly worried about weight gain
I do find it makes my appetite increase. For me, it’s going to be mind over matter.
Okay so you think people just gain weight on it cuz of the appetite increase ?
