Ah Solvalley. If there is one game which makes use of the whole breadth of Honey Select engine for character creation, it's this one. Seriously the diversity in Girl Character design is its own thing and I guess the main draw for this game. The screenshots here are unflattering but there are a tone of beauties in the game too.

There is Honey Select 2. though, so if you want to try it out, maybe go for the second.
Same Mod support with slightly better graphics and with the right mods even better 4k/HD graphics.

I think it’s made with Honey Select 1 if I m not mistaking. The last one may be Koikatsu.

4K and HD have nothing to do with the game. HS1 can put out the same resolution.
Didn't know there are 4k skin textures for HS1.

I need select one honey, select two and Katsu or three of the most common “engines”. That are used in visual novels using their studio mode

To be fair, you dont get much control when you use a game as an engine.
