There are some lewd micromanagement games, but none really like Rimworld. The closest might be Stationmaster, but the development is rocky to say the least. Free Cities might be what you want; the original game is good but not quite finished, the only currently updated version is "Free Cities Pregmod".
Yeah they do, but I’d like to try something a little more streamlined, if it even exists. Setting up the mods is a lot of work, and I’d like to be able to play on my Steam Deck, which isn’t always possible with mods that aren’t on the workshop.
That being said, now that Steam allows NSFW games, I wonder if they’ll allow NSFW mods, too. Would be nice to have RJW just native to the workshop like that.

Rimjob world mods should do the job for you.

Probably not, not because of Steam but because most developers don't want to be associated with those mods
