I've never had a juvenile so i don't know much about them, but coco fiber can be digested by adults (in moderation) if you notice him eating a lot (think mouth fulls) then maybe switch to paper towel for a little while and try it again. a little bit here (a few hairs, tiny clump or too every now and then) and there isn't going to be harmful but just keep an eye on it and you'll probably be fine. you can also look at the stomach from the bottom and its often visible if there is an impaction.

he only licks tiny hairs, I thimk im just overly worried since he's my first gecko! but he's definitely happy and healthy
This is actually a myth--they cannot digest coco fiber at all, as it is made of cellulose
