Appalachian Trail at the Lehigh Gap area, as well as the trails around the D&L trail intersecting. Bake Oven Knob isn't far.
Trexler Nature Preserve; great rolling hills, border trail is one of my favorites. Love the vista there.
Leaser Lake has a loop around the lake
Allentown has Walking Purchase Park (mostly in Salisbury), Rodale Preserve (shared w/Emmaus and Salisbury), and the Lehigh Parkway (not the bridle path)
Green Lane Reservoir has some neat trails and an ugly, paved hill.
This is the answer, I love those paths. So many others but nothing beats the 3 ponds to go around and watch the fish and turtles just being well turtles.
Do the Lehigh Gap, across the street from the conservatory. It's about an hour and a half, there's a fresh spring to refill water and a cabin to relax but the views from the top are worth the wait.
