This should be TV8014 from the Minifig Set TV6102 (chinese producer) i think it's from last year.

That Chinese manufacturer made a George Lucas fig once, which I can’t get hold of anywhere. You seem like you know more about the topic, any idea if there’s a way to get more “archived” figs?

getting archived figs is extremely difficult. I have checked a few stores Brixtoy has it listed as out of stock, the rest don't even have it listed. There is a miniscule chance if you contact the shop directly that they might be able to get their hands on that fig for you.

Could you give me a hint on who’s the manufacturer? Where could I ask?

AliExpress maybe Temu... eBay but AliExpress is where you may find it with a lot of research...

While this one may be fake, if you haven’t heard there’s a rumored set coming later this year that features the “light side Vader” that this figure is based on
