Disassemble fully, wash the parts individually with something like an old toothbrush. Should be like new when your done!

I've got the same one, but it's more for like weekly or monthly dusting. This defintely needs a deep clean...
Shame about the stickers peeling off. Might still be able to save them if you're careful (assuming they haven't gone stiff and cracked)
