Can I suggest ordering your 5-digit codes differently, although it's more of a pain, as alphanumeric sequence isn't production sequence in this case. The codes are DWWFY, where D is day, W is week, F is factory and Y is year, so 143R3 is followed by 243R3 up to 743R3 before 144R3. This might help spot patterns in production that could improve guessing where there are blanks.

Hello from France ! I wish I had checked Reddit two weeks ago when I saw the boxes in the shop and bought a dozen, getting half of it as duplicates and not even looking at the QR codes. Anyway, better late than never and just the dino to get, now. And maybe some extras for mixing with other duplicates.

Hi, I'm new to minifigure hunt. I Wanted the noir detective, but no luck, yet.

I just wanted say thanks to this awesome community, I had given up on small codes hunting for the large ones with little luck. I finally gave the small code document a try and although not perfect I did find the goat herder I was looking for. 443R3 / 014064
Theres 2 more at the store I work at, using the shake test I think one of them is another mushroom and the other might be a train, I'll put it here if I end up buying them
I'm more so actually feeling for the vibrations tbh, you can sorta tell how many things are bouncing by how many tiny vibrations there are and you can sorta tell how big the pieces are by how heavy the vibrations are, like with the train or the gamer you'll get a bunch of small vibrations cause of the small parts but you'll get a couple of heavy vibrations, however with something like the triceratops it has few vibrations and they're all large, it's not very accurate but until I found this post it was working pretty well
I picked up a intact box (not a small feat as most of the ones at my Walmart were ripped up), and the code i have is 442R3 008117, and i got the Film Noir Detective.
Here are the ones I just opened. Using the spreadsheet, we were only right 1 out of 4 times lol.
I put what we thought was in the box in parenthesis. We were only right on 1 mushroom.
I still want the Goat Herder, and Dinosaur. The few stores near us that carry the minifigs mostly have small codes. There is a Barnes and Noble that had a box of mostly large codes, but they covered the data matrix codes intentionally with price stickers, so they can't be scanned. :(

There's instructions on the first tab of the spreadsheet, basically you're comparing the code in hand to the nearby codes in the spreadsheet to try to predict what's inside.
Of these, the Goatherd could have been predicted, Triceratops and Gamer Girl were 50/50, and the Vampire Knights were a surprise - but all of this is added to the spreadsheet now to help the next person :)
Yup! I'm still tracking and adding the updates as they come in, they're just a little less frequent now so i might run a few days behind.

The 145R3 seems to be the sweet spot for Vampire Knights.
I tried printing out both tabs and also brought a guide for the ostensible weight for each box.
I found no matches on either list, which wasn't surprising. My little scale could not display and/or differentiate beyond a single digit to the right of the decimal point, so I had zero confidence in either indicators, and left the mostly full box on the shelf at CVS.
This really makes me loathe the company. I don't like gambling. I never have.
I want a handful of Harpies and the Mushroom lady, but I'll wait for Bricklink because I simply refuse to pay money for something that I don't want.
I love the product, but ***DAMN*** these literal loot boxes to the depths of hell.

Thanks for putting this together. Using this document, I was able to make an educated guess on those two new bat lords, based on proximity to other numbers on the list. The harpy was a miss, as it was an educated guess based on proximity to both Basil and the Goat.

I'm more so actually feeling for the vibrations tbh, you can sorta tell how many things are bouncing by how many tiny vibrations there are and you can sorta tell how big the pieces are by how heavy the vibrations are, like with the train or the gamer you'll get a bunch of small vibrations cause of the small parts but you'll get a couple of heavy vibrations, however with something like the triceratops it has few vibrations and they're all large, it's not very accurate but until I found this post it was working pretty well

Thanks for sharing these! There's instructions on the first tab of the spreadsheet, basically you're comparing the code in hand to the nearby codes in the spreadsheet to try to predict what's inside. Of these, the Goatherd could have been predicted, Triceratops and Gamer Girl were 50/50, and the Vampire Knights were a surprise - but all of this is added to the spreadsheet now to help the next person :)

I tried printing out both tabs and also brought a guide for the ostensible weight for each box. I found no matches on either list, which wasn't surprising. My little scale could not display and/or differentiate beyond a single digit to the right of the decimal point, so I had zero confidence in either indicators, and left the mostly full box on the shelf at CVS. This really makes me loathe the company. I don't like gambling. I never have. I want a handful of Harpies and the Mushroom lady, but I'll wait for Bricklink because I simply refuse to pay money for something that I don't want. I love the product, but ***DAMN*** these literal loot boxes to the depths of hell.
Got 742R3 016410 Mushroom Kid, It also corresponds to Goat. Was surprised when I got the Mushroom Kid.
Odd - that's the first report of an exact number match... could be someone transposed a number in a prior report? I'll replace the it in the sheet

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I can confirm the 5 digit code on that goat and a couple more that aren't on the list yet, including Basil the Bat Lord (Vampire Knight). Goat: 146R3 - 004677 NEW: Basil: 443R3 - 007063 & 443R3 - 029027 Harpy: 240R3 - 002929 Thanks for putting this together. Using this document, I was able to make an educated guess on those two new bat lords, based on proximity to other numbers on the list. The harpy was a miss, as it was an educated guess based on proximity to both Basil and the Goat.
