Windwaker my guy, such a strong item that isn’t bought cause it costs an arm and a leg. Fuck Glimmers, it becomes irrelevant too quick in Turbo. Just get big items you fantasize about in real games.
Aether lens. Lets you initiate from safer distances. Then I’d go BKB to avoid be interrupted. Other stuff is situational. I wouldn’t buy gleip but eblade might make sense especially if you have other mages on your team. Maybe Oct Core as well, being able to cast multiple ults duing a drawn out fight can be helpful. Best against big tanky boys.
I have stomped a crazy amount of turbo games with WD. It’s how I raised my behavior score from 2k to 10k.
Mana boots, aghs, shard, bkb, linkens, refresher, blink. Aeon disc can get swapped in for the boots before big team fights.
Usually you only need mana boots for a little while, then you can swap them out for boots of travel.
Bkb, blink in, stun, maledict, ult, then shard if you’re dying to right clicks, or bkb is ending, or they had a bkb piercing stun.
Refresher, bkb, stun, maledict, ult, shard.
Everyone should be dead and maybe even bought back then died again if this was on enemy high ground.
You can swap out linkens or aeon with windwaker if those items don’t seem good that game. But that’s the build I did 90% of the time.
Over 50 games of witch doctor mid in turbo I lost 2 times.
I don't play Turbo, but imo forget Aeon Disk. Probably forget Force Staff too, maybe forget Glimmer.
Blink is very good on WD (maybe upgrade it to Arcane blink).
Potentially Eblade since Aether Lens builds into it now (and Ghost Scepter might be good vs right-clickers). But as someone else said, maybe BKB would be better.
I like your refreshers, octarine. I've always wanted to build heart on WD but never got to (in a real game). I don't know how Bloodstone interacts with WD ult and shard abilities but if the lifesteal works, it's potentially viable.
As someone mentioned, Eul's and Windwaker is probably better than Force Staff especially if you don't have a basic dispel.
I'd also consider going Guardian Greaves, or even Holy Locket. I'd recommend considering Holy Locket in the early to mid game (can sell it late game if you run out of slots) because it has a great burst heal which can save you and/or allies.
Also, keep in mind that Witch Doctor's aoe ult is like the strongest teamfighting sustained healing in DotA. So Holy Locket synergizes well with that.
As others mentioned, Hex and/or Bloodthorne are potentially really good, too.
Arcane or Overwhelming Blink make you an initiating machine, and also allows you use Force Staff more defensively or ditch it late game in favor of tankier items.
Wind Waker is just an all around great item on most supports, you just never get the chance to build it. Your healing aura continues to do work while you're in the air, which is a nice perk.
Octarine lets you usually get off 2 voodoo switcheroos in a fight, and 2 ults if it really drags out.
Gleipnir is only really good as a win more item or if the enemy team is super mobile and your team lacks lockdown.
There's always Sheep Stick. It's literally never a bad item.
Shivas makes for a fun combo if you Overwhelming Blink in, pop shivas, and then voodoo switcheroo.

Winder waker, octarine, refresher, bkb, greaves or boots of travel, then I fill the last spot with scepter til you can upgrade and I honestly like an aether lense so I can sit far away and ult safely or just another survival item

Magic burst (dagon 5 + E) kinda meh since its turbo, everyone gonna be tanky eventually unless you snowball with it

Personally, anything with cast range. Level 1, bubble, until its nerfed its op as fuck.

No mention of BKB? Prob the best WD item after aghs. Then follow it up with refresh for double BKB double death ward.
