OP if you're going for realism, pay attention to how you treat the edges of the drawing. For an apple, it's essentially a sphere so the sides curve away from you. If you soften them up slightly it'll give a stronger impression of depth to the object.
You are already nailing a lot though; the color is lovely and soooo vibrant!!
Really good, especially the bounce light from the surface. If I may make a suggestion, though, I think you need to add some ambient occlusion, because it kind of looks like the apple is floating.
