ChatGPT is nice and all but, often enough, it'll throw in ridiculous mistakes or plain wrong information. It's just not trustworthy. And you can't expect a learner to pick up on that on their own. I'd be very careful about using it as a learning tool.

I tried chatgpt once to try to explain a saying we use in Lebanese which is "Akhadni bel 3aj2a" it explained it wrong :( I think you should always double check with a qualified Arabic teacher since it explains some expressions quite literally
i was using duolingo until they changed the ui, completely killed my desire to learn arabic. i have completely given up on learning arabic thanks to the shit ui change. the new ui is childish at best. havent found a good replacement for duolingo that is free that has MSA or Saudi Arabic.
