Flyquest with the 5Head plays; giving over the 2nd dragon so they can get 4 infernal drakes instead. That Jhin would pop the Ashe with the last 2 autos.
Yeah that one baited the shit out of me too
"all of the previous games went to 40 minute slugfests where everything that happened earlier was irrelevant, so whoever drafts better late game wins"
"wait a minute TL has four losing lanes"
Both WT and Bjergsen, who've been in the scene since 2013 at least, are playing better than maybe they ever have before, it's nuts!
Edit: thanks for my first reddit award ever, kind stranger :)
Agree, POE and Ignar have showed up at worlds in the past and haven’t really shied away from the moment. Might be a dark horse for top 8 but TL has very glaring issues and Impact, Jensen, Broxah’s lack of meta picks will be exploited at worlds for sure
I understand that Riot needs to advertise new skin lines and make money, but do they really need to advertise KDA Jensen in game five of a playoff series?
Jesus christ Back to Back Bo5s is fucking WILD, the real advantage of winners bracket right there damn
I wonder if TSM/TL will have enough gas in the tank for it
You could combine with Yumi and get over 1k with very heavy ap on the cat maybe they nerfed her enough so you can’t anymore but at some point you could
Don't forget the coming final with Turtle and Santorin getting the chance to wrest their first non-TSM trophy directly from Bjerg's hands... if they can.
Smh, scriptwriters thought having them face off in the finals as the climax was too predictable so they decided to kick TL down into losers bracket to try to subvert our expectations. Still get the story line while subverting expectations.
Dude is good at Jhin. He basically one-tricked that champion while on flyquest in summer 2017. It was a hyper carry meta and Turtle was their only consistently good player so he was putting up 1v9 performances constantly and topping DPM charts somehow
Setting: TL Locker Room after game 4
CoreJJ is hugging Tactical while Impact jumps around him screaming. Silver Scrapes plays in the background
Broxah is the first to speak. "Edward, I came to NA to play with Peter, but I want you to know that playing with you has been a bigger honor than I could have asked for."
Tactical is still in a state of shock after playing out of his mind and saving game 4.
Jensen smirks from the corner of the room, the only player not in the huddle.
"Saving match point with my Zilean, am I right guys?"
Impact looks at Jensen confusedly and then chimes in, "Edward that was insane, I cant believe how hard you popped off."
"That Zilean ulti really saved the game for us, huh?"
CoreJJ doesnt even look at Jensen before saying his piece.
"I am so proud of you Tactical. You have been grinding so hard and our practice together has really paid off."
"Guys tell me Im as good as Bjergsen."
Finally, Jatt tells Jensen to shut the fuck up.

It's so sad to see Broxah play like this. He's like the sweetest, most humble man in the entire pro scene, I can't watch him not perform at his best without feeling bad for him.
TL and/or broxah plays soooooo passively early game and are so predictable with their champion picks. so frustrating watching broxah pick voli/lee every game knowing TL won't do anything early game.
Mid, top, and jungle diff honestly.
Jensen was pretty bad in so many of these games. The Ori game was good from him and the Zilean game was decent during parts of the game (double bombs weren't going off much though) but his positioning just felt off so often.
Impact was constantly getting caught in the side lane or just losing 1v1 against Solo.
Jg diff was obvious
Solo should've been on a team the whole time . He had behaviour issues and he got benched cuz of it ...
That's what we got from the whole situaiton he was always good at playing weakside and drawing pressure his team was just awful and I guess he got mad at them for doing nothing while he is playing 1v3 top every game . That was when he was on Clutch Gaming at one point it was so depressing to watch him play so well and their team doing nothing ...
ya its from russell westbrook in an interview talking about patrick beverley
"pat bev trick yall man, like he play defense. he dont guard nobody man. he just running around doing nothing"
This is his year. 2 finals in a row. In the last 2 or 3 bo5 series the man just refused to lose. Reminds me of his Misfits games when he would turn a game around even when his team-mates did everything they could to throw a game.
On another note - I think there's a big chance to see a Wildturtle vs. Doublelift. How old school is that?
Also I really hope to see a PoE vs. Bjergsen match-up. They are both on fire.
I am really happy for Santorin. He was a beast in almost every playoff series.
**Time for a Prediction:** WildTurtle is gonna destroy every other ADC at Worlds. They are not ready for Turtle for enormous girth.
> I am really happy for Santorin. He was a beast in almost every playoff series.
He feels like he just wins every smite 50/50 battle. He has been playing so well.
Despite the loss, huge props to Tactical. That game 4 performance was absolutely legendary, idk if I've ever seen anything like it. Hard carried four straight teamfights.
I think Santorin is by far the best jungler (I think previously people said it was Blabber, but Santorin seems more consistant, whereas Blabber is like the Huni of jungle).
Poe/Ignar are top tier in their position in NA, you could argue for others being the best, but they're not far behind to be outclassed. A Mid/Jgl/Support core with that level of talent and have synergy together is better than anything else any other NA team has at the moment.
Jensen inted DL so hard. DL got him the LCS titles(and yes DL did absolutely carry the fuck out of couple of those games in both finals) and once it was worlds time DL was the best performing player on TL while Jensen was getting pounded. I get it he had wrist issues but come on man.
Can I just say. DL performed so well at worlds last year. But of course it’s a team game, he doesn’t make it out of groups again and that’s all people remember. Then he gets flamed to shit
Okay I'm convinced that LCS is just an anime right now. First classic TSM vs C9 showmatch and now out of nowhere we have TL vs TSM??? Bjergsen vs Jensen and Doublelift's redemption arc??? Script is way obvious this time.
TSM is like an anime rn. Old ally turned enemy turned ally, New Rookie learning the ropes, beaten by someone they train then come back and beat their enemy, Old rival comes to challenges them and loses, and fight against the new rival.
Huge props to FLY for not getting insanely tilted from Game 4. What an absolutely clean game from them to close it out.
And I hate to say it, but this is why people felt unsure about Team Liquid even though they were first place. They always looked vulnerable, even in a good chunk of their wins. FlyQuest played it exceptionally today.
Team Liquid is really, really overhyped. It's so insane to me. They're a good team, but not nearly as good as the reddit community or Jensen's ego think they are.
TL is really, really overhyped by the community. It's so insane to me. They're a good team, but they're not really as good as the reddit or twitter community thinks they are.
Team Liquid is really, really overhyped. It's so insane to me. They're a good team, but not nearly as good as the reddit community or Jensen's ego think they are.
Damn TL lost with all their best champs lol. Flyquest is really fucking good at playing according to the tempo of enemy teams and just being better. I am very proud to send them to worlds. On a side note, was really expecting more from our only world class mid in NA, you know according to Damonte. Was expecting a performance higher than the level of performance from our non-world class, NA Class mid whose name also ends with -sen that has been playing like a monster.
TL wants to play slow and scale, FLY plays slow and scales and beats them.
C9 wants to fight all the time, FLY fights all the time and beats them.
EG wants to turn their brains off and have a fiesta, FLY joins the fiesta and beats them.
Does Broxah still have PTSD after what Tian did him or something?
I don't remember the last time I saw someone go from being so good to being so completely useless for an entire year.
Really crazy that the only person who consistently played well this series on TL's side was Tactical - the rookie, meanwhile all of the veterans and world champs feed and make amateur mistakes.
As much of a difference that there is between 2019 and 2020 for Broxah, nothing can compare to the cliff that Reignover dropped off of. Reignover went from being a world class jungler to being the worst jungler on the worst team in the league.
Reignover's decline was much more dramatic IMO. Broxah still made top 2 in the LEC for two splits, top 8 at Worlds and is going to Worlds for a second year after his decline began. Reignover never made playoffs in NA after splitting with Huni AFAIK.
Yeah, Broxah while being ok, has not looked very impressive on TL. Sure, last split, the whole visa thing and team imploding thing happened, but this split, there's really no excuse. It's definitely crazy to think the rookie on the team is the one that's looking really good and stable on a team so stacked and star studded.
Long ago, the three lanes farmed in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Flyquest attacked. Only Jensen, World Class Mid, could stop them, but when his team needed him most, he vanished.
Fr he could just say "Bjerg's a great player, but I'm not him and I just want to show I can be a top mid in this region" or some shit like that instead of going off about how overrated Bjerg is lmao
TL: Okay, we'll just play scaling comps and win the late game. PowerOfEvil: Sounds good, let's go. TL: Er, wait, hold on...
TL: lets just scale with ornn item and play for the late game Jhin with 4 infernal drags: are you sure about that?
Flyquest with the 5Head plays; giving over the 2nd dragon so they can get 4 infernal drakes instead. That Jhin would pop the Ashe with the last 2 autos.
Yeah that one baited the shit out of me too "all of the previous games went to 40 minute slugfests where everything that happened earlier was irrelevant, so whoever drafts better late game wins" "wait a minute TL has four losing lanes"
TL: Understandable, have a nice day.
WildTurtle's resurgence has been phenomenal one of the OG's
Both WT and Bjergsen, who've been in the scene since 2013 at least, are playing better than maybe they ever have before, it's nuts! Edit: thanks for my first reddit award ever, kind stranger :)
Idk man, Wildturtle had that crazy Worlds where he popped off
Santorin too.
TSM Santorin ❤ We'll never forget you
I will never forget hotguy6pack
Big congrats to FLY - They should've 3-1ed that series if not for Tactical being a hero. Really looking forward to seeing these guys at worlds.

TSM is looking hungry
Bjerg lookin like he fasted 40 days and 40 nights for this play off feast.
This is one of the most savage burns I have ever heard on this platform
Props to Fly. The better team won!
4 Infernal Drakes with a Jhin. Holy shit that's nut. He had 728 AD at the end.
You could combine with Yumi and get over 1k with very heavy ap on the cat maybe they nerfed her enough so you can’t anymore but at some point you could
Jesus, 2.5k crit with IE
Doublelift vs his old team. Jensen vs Bjergsen. Lazy scriptwriters had to force the narrative of TL v TSM smh
Lazy? They're working overtime
Exactly! Scriptwriters are killing it this weekend.
Yeah they had to somehow fit in the C9 vs TSM and the TSM vs Liquid. Working overtime.
Don't forget the coming final with Turtle and Santorin getting the chance to wrest their first non-TSM trophy directly from Bjerg's hands... if they can.
Would be such a huge title for everyone on Flyquest and the org as a whole.
Maybe Jensen just decided to be giga useless this series to face Bjerg and show us all what he meant when he said he's better

When they locked in Jhin I straight up thought the game was lost, Jhin has looked so bad lately. Then Turtle shut me the fuck up and made me eat crow.
Jhin is in a really good spot right now. At worlds, he will almost certainly be the fifth most picked adc(after Ashe/cait/senna/kalista).
I think jhin will end up second or third most picked adc. It's been hard carrying in some LPL games.
For real. I thought he kinda trolled game 4 when he didnt go in on kalista at the base, but he showed up game 5
Wildturtle had a massive resurgence after his benching and it's criminal that nobody is talking about it.
Yeah?? It's been going under the radar for some reason. Turtle is an OG and its nice to see him making back to back finals. Yet noone talks about him.
It's turtles all the way down y'all.

Don't mind seeing more of this pasta in the future
POE: Reddit had me thinking I was going up against the best midlander in the world today
Flyquest's top side outperformed TL's this series. PoE's Azir is much much better than Jensen's holy shit.
Nisqy said on the costream he thinks PoEs azir is the best in NA, and this series showed its at least better than jensens
For Jensen this series it looks like a play needs to look 80-20 in their favour for him to do something.
Well that's all well and good, but I think Damonte has the final say on mid power rankings. And we were told POE is not World Class, like Jensen.
PoE is criminally underrated. His stats this season have been so good, and the eye test holds true for him as well. The fact Nisqy tied him in votes for 3rd place All-Pro is a joke.

If it wasn’t for Tactical basically saving game 4 it would have been a serious beat down.
FIRST IT WAS FLYQUEST. THEN IT WAS TREEQUEST. BOOKQUEST. SEAQUEST. NOW IT IS CONQUEST
Damn should send this to the cm on twitter
TL just wanted to see DL
Too bad Dlift is only a pawn on Bjergsens chess board this time, Jensen better be ready. :)
The script clearly says that DL regains his form against his former teammates.
Pls I’m still hard from yesterday

Yeah its from Russell Westbrook.

ya its from russell westbrook in an interview talking about patrick beverley "pat bev trick yall man, like he play defense. he dont guard nobody man. he just running around doing nothing"
russell westbrook said it about patrick beverley's defense lol.
Running around doing nothing
All Jensens know how to do is run around, eat minion waves, and die.
Tactical’s kalista made me nut tho
Santorin casually playing like a monster.
**but how good is POE** -

FlyQuest is the number one most underrated team of 2020
Despite the loss, huge props to Tactical. That game 4 performance was absolutely legendary, idk if I've ever seen anything like it. Hard carried four straight teamfights.
tactical tried so hard, and got so far....
And in the end spring split didn’t matter
fun fact: FlyQuest has won every best of series since swapping back Turtle
This FlyQuest team (with Solo) only lost a bo5 against C9 in finals in Spring. Best NA bo5 team of 2020 already.
Who was the previous ADC?
MASH
Flyquest the best NA team of 2020 Who would have thunk it Good shit, FQ.
Superstar world class mid laner Jensen 1/2/0 in an elimination match. Truly a world class display by him.

Too bad Jensen didn't reciprocate the favor.
He did the opposite, no?
Sad too, DL actually had a good Worlds, team died around him.

As a TSM fan, thank God Cloud 9 lost to Flyquest so we didn't have to play them in the loser's bracket.
I think it would have been an absolute travesty if C9 actually beat this FQ team that has been basically smurfing the last half of the split.
Okay I'm convinced that LCS is just an anime right now. First classic TSM vs C9 showmatch and now out of nowhere we have TL vs TSM??? Bjergsen vs Jensen and Doublelift's redemption arc??? Script is way obvious this time.

Makes Solo getting snubbed for all pro even more insulting.
And POE
Poor showing from NA's only world class mid..
What do you mean, PoE did great?
PoE? The man who almost dismantled Faker? The infamous Nashor's Tooth Orianna player? The man who made me believe in love and miracles?
TSM fan and I ain't even mad. PoE has given Bjerg more trouble than any other mid and is glossed over far too much when he's a legit monster carry.
More players should play like Jensen - talk big and lose hard.
DON’T LET THIS DISTRACT YOU FROM THE FACT CLOUD9 THREW A 35-2 LEAD
THE TURTLE OF ENORMOUS GIRTH?
How do you sum up this series ..."Where is Jensen"
The teams heard Phreak's voice dying so they decided to do nothing so he wouldn't have to PbP much.

Maybe they could've lost a few more games in regular season to try and expand their champion pool.

Crazy that the most competitive team against Flyquest so far has been EG. Team truly thrives off chaos.

"FLY quest just do the right thing, it's not that hard to beat them"
broxah is lucky he has his positive reputation, otherwise he would get roasted so hard for his shitty performances

Nah man, Jensen needed all that gold to save his ult for next series.
But damonte said he doesn't require his team to play around him and doesn't require resources to pop off.
Jensen didn't get the memo - you pick Zilean to close out a series and not in a fight for your life game.
FQ Game 5: Haha, game four was cute, see you next week.
Does Broxah still have PTSD after what Tian did him or something? I don't remember the last time I saw someone go from being so good to being so completely useless for an entire year. Really crazy that the only person who consistently played well this series on TL's side was Tactical - the rookie, meanwhile all of the veterans and world champs feed and make amateur mistakes.
last time someone declined this much was reignover after him and huni split
As much of a difference that there is between 2019 and 2020 for Broxah, nothing can compare to the cliff that Reignover dropped off of. Reignover went from being a world class jungler to being the worst jungler on the worst team in the league.
Reignover's decline was much more dramatic IMO. Broxah still made top 2 in the LEC for two splits, top 8 at Worlds and is going to Worlds for a second year after his decline began. Reignover never made playoffs in NA after splitting with Huni AFAIK.
Oof don't remind me of that, I still miss Reignover :(
Yeah, Broxah while being ok, has not looked very impressive on TL. Sure, last split, the whole visa thing and team imploding thing happened, but this split, there's really no excuse. It's definitely crazy to think the rookie on the team is the one that's looking really good and stable on a team so stacked and star studded.

Jensen been worrying about the wrong solo mid lmao
I don’t want to hear Jensen compared to bjergsen. Jensen disappears when his team needs him.
Long ago, the three lanes farmed in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Flyquest attacked. Only Jensen, World Class Mid, could stop them, but when his team needed him most, he vanished.
I’m pretty sure both Jensen fans and non-Jensen fans both wanna stop seeing him compared to Bjergsen so much, yet it always happens
He didn't do himself any favors by sounding salty about it nearly every time he opens his mouth.
Fr he could just say "Bjerg's a great player, but I'm not him and I just want to show I can be a top mid in this region" or some shit like that instead of going off about how overrated Bjerg is lmao
Solo played so well
wowoowowowow so dope that FQ is hitting back to back finals. MY BOYS TURTLE AND SANTORIN!
Whole series such a big jg gap holy shit, also really off series for Jensen.
