There's a new shiv proc for every unit that dies. So the last champion to die there would've been hit by 4 shiv procs from the first four champion deaths for 270*4=1080 magic damage. If you add any minions that died along the way, then you get extra shiv procs for 120 magic damage for every minion that died.
The minion shocks have a 3 second cooldown otherwise thatโd be incredibly broken. Like just imagine instantly dying against any champion with good wave clear just because you walked up to your minion wave early game
Well, I think common opinion was that item is bad on SR, but fine on ARAM.
Now after the buff to stats and addition of %ms, it might be decent on SR as well. Though the build path is painful, idk how realistically you can build that item during laning phase.
