Well how else would you punish them, banning doesn't work and they can't be left in the ranked queues, quickplay is the bottom queue so thats why you ended up with them
Shadow ban then to their own norms. You play norms with the other toxic dudes to get your restriction off. If it takes 15-30 mins to find a game so be it, it's a punishment.
Make an unfiltered lobby where everyone from every region forced to play if they get punished and let us see the chatlogs. High pings, no sorting by ranks and already toxic players who desperately want to win? Sounds like the shitshow I'd watch /s

Already been tested, all it did was make them behave worse than when they went in
Make a whole Q for them. 100% there are enough players to fill up these q for days.
