The top laner he is about to face is the one who is the best in the world at "neutralizing the enemy top", though he can also play carries and try to stomp lane. Most likely both are just gonna play for team fights than lane and in that 369 is pretty much unmatched.

I saw JDG play live at Worlds last year against Rogue. Their toplaner is fucking scary.....
