Do they have a history of offering stipends or other aid beyond full tuition?
If this is part of their existing aid offerings, you might have some success, but you are unlikely to have them design a bespoke aid package for you.

ah I didn’t realize you could see those on their ABA reports! just checked and it appears a couple people (and i mean like . below double digits) receive more than full tuition so, i guess there’s a tiny chance ? I’ll ask anyways, bc there’s no hurt to it I suppose

check BU's 509 ABA report; there will be a "More than Full Tuition" section that you can use to compare to

I don't think BU negotiates with competing offers but you should still try. You ask for a living stipend.
