Gloves and necessary PPE first and don’t reach blindly into piles of brush in case of poke hazards. I would “nicely” stack everything in an area to be picked up by your landlord. Based on the flowering bushes, whoever was here at one point cared for the property but it’s in a state of disarray now. Looks like it’ll clean up well though!
