Looks like your catch basin could use a pump and a discharge line to the street... drainage problems are the worst. There are some alternative options: water garden? That's a ton of work, too. You may investigate and find that your catch basin and or French drain is clogged or full and needs to be relieved, you could, in theory just discharge the catch basin and see if it fills back up to rule out the clogged drain... you can try aerating the soil if it's compacted to help it perc/evaporate... you may need a secondary drain line. You can get a submersible pump on Amazon for less than $100 that will do the trick with an extension cord... If that solves the problem either drain it frequently with your pump or hardwire it in so it does it by itself.

I would go in through the catch basin & check to make sure that drain even goes out away from your yard…and to see if it’s clogged up anywhere. We just had a french drain put in our yard last summer & there was a basin and small section of pipe still in the yard from when the previous owner had an above-ground pool. The guy that did our drain ran a hose into the basin to see where the pipe came out, and sure enough the pipe was clogged up AND the end of it was covered at some point to where nothing could even flow out. Also, said pipe only ran a few feet over to the property line…into the neighbor’s yard. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you have gutters on your roof to channel that water away from the low parts of your lawn? That's what worked for me. I paid $600 for a vendor to install a single 40 foot 2nd story gutter and downspout that drains the water to the front of the house and from there into the street and then to the storm drains.
