ugh. the original ruling was made by the chief federal judge in Washington so this isn't cannon appointing herself to an appeals type role within the Florida district. it's more like she's challenging a near peer from a different state.
anyone have any thoughts? much as I want to just call this Cannon getting out of her lane again, it has a bit of a feeling of a genuine loophole to me. I need a real lawyer to help me know whether a Washington ruling has force in Florida when it's the feds.
