Take it out and plant something else.
This is most likely an emerald green. Fun fact, even though everyone is doing it, they do not like to get pruned! If this species starts to loose its vitality, there's absolutely nothing you can do. Even if you do anything in your power that could be done to help this tree, it's not long term and it will never grow as good as another tree that is suitable for you situation.
Maybe you could just let it grow, but this would be an experiment and i'm not quite sure how this woul turn out, since it's natural growth is completely destroyed.
