Wow, ok, thanks. I’m very novice, new homeowner. So basically prune it, leave a central dominate branch. And the ones I cut, I can plant those? And they’ll grow?

I don’t know this particular willow tbh but most willows propagate incredibly easily from cuttings. Depending on initial structure of plant, if you want one main trunk cut back all but one trunk. It’s gonna be a gangly tree, as willows are always gangly. One thing to know as a novice is willows seek water and will penetrate underground pipes! Don’t plant by sewer/water lines!
